Louise Withers

Following a Bachelor of Education Degree (Music/Drama), Louise began her professional theatrical career onstage in 1980, moving backstage in 1986. Stage management, production management and festival administration followed with many events and companies including THE ADELAIDE FESTIVAL OF ARTS, THE COME OUT YOUTH ARTS FESTIVAL, THE JUBILEE 150 MUSIC FESTIVAL, THE ADELAIDE FESTIVAL CENTRE, THE LATE SHOW, THE STATE OPERA OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA and THE STATE THEATRE COMPANY - on many shows as SYDNEY THEATRE COMPANY'S EMERALD CITY and BLOOD RELATIONS, RUN FOR YOUR WIFE, FRANKIE, SWEENEY TODD and CATS.

From 1989, Louise spent 6 years in Melbourne and Sydney with the Cameron Mackintosh organisation working as Company Manager and Company Administrator on such shows as LES MISERABLES, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and MISS SAIGON.

1995 - 1998 Louise was a Director of KOAN (Advertising and Marketing Agency),  marketing such shows as LES MISERABLES, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, MISS SAIGON, RENT and SUNSET BOULEVARD. This was  followed by the role of Director (Programming, Sponsorship & Marketing)  of the ADELAIDE FESTIVAL CENTRE TRUST (1999 – 2000) and General Manager of DAINTY CONSOLIDATED ENTERTAINMENT's Theatrical Division (2000 - 2002).

Louise established LWAA  in 2002, and since that time has produced/managed and marketed national productions and tours including MAMMA MIA!, DRUMSTRUCK, WE WILL ROCK YOU, MISS SAIGON, SPAMALOT, BILLY ELLIOT THE MUSICAL, AGATHA CHRISTIE'S THE MOUSETRAP, AGATHA CHRISTIE'S A MURDER IS ANNOUNCED and FAWLTY TOWERS LIVE. These tours and productions spanned Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Japan.

Louise was the International Executive Producer of the Korean language production of BILLY ELLIOT THE MUSICAL and General Manager of the Singaore production of Disney's THE LION KING.  She was an Associate Producer of GHOST THE MUSICAL in London's West End, and on Broadway .

Louise is currently Co-Producer, with the Royal Shakespeare Company, of the Australian Production of MATILDA THE MUSICAL ; Producer of the forthcoming new Australian Tour of MAMMA MIA! and International Executive Producer of the first Japanese language production of BILLY ELLIOT THE MUSICAL and a new Korean language production of BILLY ELLIOT both opening in 2017.

She has been the Authorised Agent for Littlestar Services; the Australian agent for Amuse Inc (Japan), and serves on the Helpman Awards Musical Committee and the Executive Council of Live Performance Australia.

Linda Bewick

Linda has a career that spans over 60 years from her first acting performance at age 5 in the UK to now being Co-Director of Louise Withers and Associates.

Under her stage name Linda Collis, she directed, scenic designed and produced over 60 shows and has written or co-written 8 revues. She owned and managed two theatre companies in South Australia, NIMBUS and THE ACTOR'S CO-OP as well as being the Administration Manager of the NEW COTTAGE THEATRE.  She also worked closely with the late John Edmund at the JOHN EDMUND THEATRE producing and directing sellout season of GREASE, GODSPELL and A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM.

Linda joined SHOWBIZ BOOKINGS in Sydney 1994 as Corporate Development Manager for MISS SAIGON and then as Showbiz's General Manager of Administration developing corporate marketing strategies for Cameron Mackintosh’s productions of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, LES MISERABLES and RENT and for many other productions including CRAZY FOR YOU and THE BOY FROM OZ.

In 2002 she became a Director of LWAA which has produced and/or managed and marketed tours including MAMMA MIA!, WE WILL ROCK YOU, DRUMSTRUCK, MISS SAIGON, SPAMALOT, BILLY ELLIOT THE MUSICAL, AGATHA CHRISTIE'S THE MOUSETRAP, AGATHA CHRISTIE'S A MURDER IS ANNOUNCED and FAWLTY TOWERS LIVE. LWAA’s current productions include MATILDA THE MUSICAL, BILLY ELLIOT JAPAN and KOREA and the new Australian Tour of MAMMA MIA!
